Alerts

This tab shows the alerts by device across the whole network. It breaks it down by alerts generated and alerts that have been cleared.

You can filter in this window by clicking the Filter Button -

Once you have clicked this filter button, you can select to "Show Cleared" Alerts, choose a date range and customise how many alerts are shown and group them the way you want to see them.

When you have found an alert you want to investigate further you can toggle this using the toggle to the left of the name :

You get a lot more detail about the alert such as when it was set and why. If the alarm is cleared this will also be shown.

Within this window, you can chose to clear the Alarm, Acknowledge the alarm or leave a note for the next user.

If you want to download the alerts you can click on the Download Alerts button This will download all the alarms shown within your window.
