Operational Commands

The following commands are operational commands on all pumps

These are described in detail below:

When you want to suspend a pump, click this and you will be presented the following window

You need to select a reason and enter a comment for any other users to know why it was suspended. Then click Send Command.

When a issue has been resolved on a suspended pump, you can select it on the pump pane and then click resume. This will immediately resume this pump with no further steps.

This command refreshes the pump status to the HOS, It does not do anything to the forecourt controller

This command resets the pump status on the forecourt controller and will force the pump through a soft reset. This should only be used when the pump is idle as it will stop any active delivery on the selected pump.
